Master Cover Song for Clarity

I have a finished mix of a cover song that now needs professional mastering. The track already balances well at the mix stage, yet I still hear a slight veil over the vocal and a lack of sparkle in the high-end detail. My goal is a polished master that translates on streaming platforms, car stereos, and earbuds alike—without crushing the life out of the performance. In other words, I’m after enhanced clarity and definition rather than extreme loudness.

You may work in the DAW of your choice—Logic, Pro Tools, Studio One, or even a dedicated mastering suite with iZotope Ozone, FabFilter, or Waves tools are all fine—as long as the result sounds open, tight, and release-ready.

Deliverables
• One stereo master at 24-bit / 44.1 kHz WAV
• A secondary high-quality MP3 (320 kbps) for reference
• Brief notes on any processing choices that shaped the final sound
