Windows Based Custom "T-Rex" Voice Changer

Job ID: 40062566

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I’m looking for a voice changer setup for live Discord use on Windows. I want a custom “T-Rex” voice that stays intelligible but clearly non-human.

Here are the exact sound references and requirements:

1. Roar reference (must match closely)

The roar itself should sound like the T-Rex roar in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjI9JoNFLWw

When I yell or trigger a “roar mode,” I want it to sound as close as technically possible to that roar. You can treat this exact sound as the target and, if possible, build the roar behavior around it (sampling or recreating the character of it).

2. Spoken voice / growl reference (how words should sound)

When I speak, the words should sound like growls that come from the words themselves, not like a separate effect overlaid on top.

The closest reference is this video:
https://youtu.be/f-OKMw8rLIo?si=zgoBXwP11gYokw7k

I want my normal speaking voice in Discord to have that kind of continuous, low, creature-like growl while keeping the words understandable.

3. Overall behavior I want:

Very deep default voice (low pitch).

Constant low growl texture in every sentence, where the growl feels fused with the speech (like in the second reference).

Slightly draconic, growly breathing (subtle, not just loud noise).

When I raise my voice or yell, it should intensify into something very close to the roar in the first video (either automatically based on volume or via a simple toggle/hotkey).

Words must remain clearly understandable at normal speaking volume.

Is this possible with an AI voice changer in real time for Discord on Windows, using a reliable, low-latency setup? If yes, please tell me:

What approach you recommend (software/hardware, AI model, routing, etc.).

Expected latency and stability for everyday use.

What you would need from me (mic/interface type, raw voice samples, PC specs, any additional references).
