I’m booking an experienced wedding DJ to take charge of the entire musical flow for my big day. The vibe I want moves effortlessly between timeless classic hits and high-energy EDM, so guests of every age stay on the dance floor from the first dance to the last track.
I’ll share a must-play list of specific songs and artists that hold personal meaning for us. Beyond those, feel free to use your own professional judgment to keep momentum, read the room, and weave in compatible tracks. Smooth beat-matching, creative transitions, and the ability to adjust tempo on the fly are essential.
Deliverables I need from you:
• A curated reception playlist (roughly four hours) that honours my provided list while balancing classic sing-along favourites and modern EDM crowd-pleasers.
• A short demo mix (10–15 minutes) in MP3 so I can hear how you blend the two genres.
• On-site performance with your own DJ controller and software (Serato, Rekordbox, or similar) and the flexibility to take guest requests within the genre brief.
• A simple rundown of key moments (grand entrance, first dance, cake-cutting, bouquet toss) with cue points so our coordinator knows what to expect.
