AI Voice Assistant PCB Design

Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR

I have an early-stage prototype of our in-house AI voice assistant and a clear spreadsheet listing every connector, interface and mechanical constraint we must respect. What I now need is a production-ready custom PCB that folds all of those pieces into a compact, reliable board dedicated to a voice-first device.

Core features the board must accommodate include voice recognition processing, high-quality audio playback, robust wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), a beam-forming microphone array, a small display ribbon connector, and a camera interface. Size, heat dissipation and low-noise routing around the microphones are especially important, so experience with mixed-signal layout and RF coexistence is a plus.

The schematic is partially drafted, component selections are frozen, and I can share the prototype files, connector pin-outs, and industrial design CAD the moment we start. What remains is refining the circuitry, optimising placement, and creating a layout that meets our manufacturing DFM checks while keeping the BOM cost sensible.

Deliverables I will need:
• Updated, review-ready schematic (Altium, KiCad or equivalent)
• Clean PCB layout with stack-up notes and impedance control where required
• Complete BOM with supplier part numbers and alternates
• Gerber/ODB++ files and pick-and-place data ready for a CM run
• A brief design report explaining key considerations (audio path, RF, power domains)

I am happy to iterate quickly in shared design reviews and can run fast prototypes once the files pass my internal checklist.
