R&B Vocal Mix & Master

I need a skilled audio engineer to mix and master R&B vocals with instrumentals for a demo. I currently have 2 songs that I need mixed/mastered with many more on the way. I have separate stems for each sound in the instrumental, backing vocals, and lead vocals in FL Studio. I also have reference vocals if helpful for mixing.

Requirements:
- Experience in R&B genre creating seamless, professional songs (major credits a plus)
- Examples of before and after projects that are production/streaming ready conforming to industry-standards (DAWs)
- Ability to lead the process from start to finish, effectively communicating your process and requirements for me at the beginning
- Ability to bring ideas to the table (nice to have)
- Detailed pricing policy including revisions
- NDA/IP agreements
