Videographer needed for a cultural event in London
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
We need complete videography for our one-day Assamese Bihu Festival in London, scheduled on 11 April 2026, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (exact venue to be confirmed).
Scope of work:
Film the entire celebration in a live-event style, using two or more cameras for continuous coverage.
Capture all key moments: opening ceremony and every cultural performance.
Ensure clean audio and smooth hand-offs between cameras, so the final video feels immersive.
Provide:
1. An edited master video of the event
2. A shorter highlight reel (social media friendly)
3. All raw footage for archive
Requirements:
1. Share a portfolio link to recent live-event or community-cultural work.
2. Confirm you can provide a two-camera crew.
3. Outline your turnaround time for edited deliverables.
