Sync Audio Devices with SMPTE

I need help connecting and syncing multiple audio devices using SMPTE Time Code. The Otari MX7800 will be the master clock.

Devices to connect:
- DA-78HR
- Otari MX7800
- Studio64XTC
- Apple Computer
- Keyboard

Requirements:
- Lock all devices together with SMPTE
- Ensure Otari MX7800 is the master clock
- Provide clear documentation for setup
