We are seeking to collaborate with experienced professionals or teams for an AI speech data collection project requiring high-quality conversational audio.
Project Overview
The project involves recording spontaneous, natural conversations between native speakers. This is not scripted content or voice acting. The focus is on authentic, real-life conversational speech captured under professional audio conditions for AI speech and language modeling.
Target Participant Locations
We are recruiting native speakers from the following regions:
• France
• French-speaking Canada
• Italy
• Spain
• Mexico
• Germany
• Japan
• South Korea
Native-level fluency is mandatory.
Core Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
• Professional Audio Capabilities
• Use of professional microphones and external audio interfaces/sound cards
• Ability to deliver studio-quality or high-fidelity recordings
• Smartphone-only or laptop-only recordings are not acceptable
• Access to a professional recording studio is a strong plus
• Relevant Experience
• Proven experience in AI speech data collection, ASR, or similar language data projects
• Demonstrated ability in participant recruitment, screening, and coordination
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple speakers and sessions efficiently
• Operational Standards
• Ability to ensure clean recording environments and consistent technical quality
• Compliance with detailed recording protocols and metadata requirements
• Reliable communication and on-time delivery
