Sound Optimization for Church Streaming and In-House

I'm looking for an experienced audio engineer to enhance our church's streaming and in-house sound using a Behringer X32. We're currently streaming on YouTube and need both audio quality for our online audience and in-house sound for our congregation to be improved.
