Setup a Church Sound System

Our sound system needs a lot of work at a small local church. Last week our digital mixing board broke and we saw it coming because we've been having a lot of trouble, so we want to redo our entire sound system and would like to have an engineer to come down and tell us exactly what we need for our small size church to have a good quality sound system.
