Serious News Theme Composition

I’m producing a broadcast and I need a signature theme that instantly signals authority and credibility the moment it airs. The piece must feel like a traditional news jingle—bold brass or strings, clear rhythmic drive, confident melodic hook—yet still sound fresh on modern speakers.
You’ll focus solely on the music; I don’t need voice-over beds or extra sound-effect layers right now, but please keep the arrangement clean enough that I can layer those elements later if required.
Deliverables
• 30-second full-length theme, fully mixed and mastered
• 10-second and 3-second stinger edits derived from the main theme
• Individual instrument stems (WAV, 48 kHz/24-bit) for future remix or voice-over ducking
• Final stereo masters in WAV and high-quality MP3
Acceptance criteria
• Conveys a serious, authoritative mood immediately within the first bar
• Clearly recognisable motif that stands up to daily repetition without listener fatigue
• No copyright-encumbered samples; all instrumentation must be original or properly licensed
• Loudness targeted at ‑14 LUFS integrated, with peaks under ‑1 dBTP to ensure broadcast compliance
