Record Walmart Talk 8/6
Budget: $250 – $400 USD
The Walmart on US-80 in Mesquite, Texas will host a talk on 8/6, and I want the entire session captured from start to finish. I selected “Full talk recording,” so I’m after an uninterrupted video file rather than highlights. Expect the program to run roughly three hours; if additional speakers are added I still want seamless coverage.
Please bring a camera that shoots at least 1080p (4K welcome), solid low-light performance, and reliable audio capture—lav or shotgun mic plus a backup feed from the house system if available. Tripod-steady framing is important because the footage may later be edited for online distribution.
Deliverables
• One continuous master video file, color-corrected and audio-balanced
• Separate clean audio track (WAV or similar)
• All raw footage on an external drive or downloadable link
• Basic title slate showing date, location, and speaker name(s)
Turnaround within five days of the event would be ideal, but let me know if you need slightly longer for processing. Include a brief note about your camera/audio setup and any similar long-form recordings you’ve handled so I can be sure the gear matches the space.
