Pro Tools Church Mix Engineer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Each week I capture a full multi-track recording of our worship service—typically 17-30 channels of band, lead and backing vocals, plus a pair of ambient room mics. I’m looking for someone who can open the Pro Tools session and turn those raw inputs into a smooth, radio-ready stereo mix that represents the energy of the room while keeping spoken moments clear and intelligible.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Balance, EQ, compression, gating, reverb, and automation for all tracks.
• Thoughtful management of bleed and crowd noise so ambience feels natural but never distracting.
• A master bus chain that translates well on livestreams, mobile devices, and in-house playback.
• Delivery of a 24-bit stereo WAV (-3 dBFS peak) and the fully editable PTX session, with all processing either on Pro Tools stock plug-ins or clearly noted third-party options.
Turnaround is 48 hours after I provide the files via Google Drive. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s make our next service sound its best.
