Pop Song Mixing & Analog Mastering

I have a batch of pop songs ready for the next stage and I’d like a skilled engineer to take them from raw multitrack stems to polished, release-ready masters. The work involves three intertwined tasks:

• Mixing – balance, EQ, compression, automation, effects; whatever is needed to make each element shine while keeping a modern pop feel.
• Analog mastering – I want the final glue and tone that only real hardware can give. Please run the stereo mix through your trusted outboard chain, then deliver loud yet dynamic 24-bit WAV masters.
• Sound design – tasteful ear-candy, subtle transitions, extra textures or risers that lift the hooks without crowding the vocal line.

Stems are neatly labelled and delivered at 48 kHz / 24-bit. I’ll provide a reference track and notes for each song. In return I need:

1. First mix pass for review.
2. Up to two rounds of mix tweaks.
3. Final mastered WAV + instrumental and a stem pack of the mix buss print.
