OrCAD Single-Ended Audio Amplifier
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Design an audio amplifier that meets the following specifications:
(a) the amplitude of the input signal V_{ip} is in the order of µV (column A);
(b) the output resistance of the circuit R_o is in the order of Ω (column B);
(c) the amplitude of the output signal varies within the range V_{op,min} - V_{op,max} (columns C and D);
(d) the frequency bandwidth is within the range f_{min} - f_{max} (column E).
The project must include:
• the electrical schematic of the audio amplifier,
• the necessary calculations for determining the component values,
• justification for the choice of components,
• as well as the performance analysis of the circuit.
