Live Zoom Screen-Share Assistant

I will be delivering a remote keynote on Zoom and want every visual moment to land perfectly. The talk runs from a single PowerPoint deck that contains several embedded videos; each clip, animation, and slide transition has to appear on cue while I stay focused on the message. Your role is to join the meeting as co-host, take control of screen-sharing, and manage every transition and video playback smoothly.

Ahead of the event we will schedule a short rehearsal so you can walk through the deck with me, confirm audio-share settings for the videos, and note my timing cues. On the day itself you will:

• Start and stop screen-share at the agreed moments, always with “Share sound” enabled
• Advance slides, trigger animations, and launch the embedded videos exactly on my verbal cue
• Monitor Zoom audio levels so video sound is clear to attendees without drowning my microphone
• Stay in chat with me (private DM) for any real-time adjustments

Solid familiarity with Zoom co-host controls, PowerPoint presenter view, and basic troubleshooting on both Windows and Mac will make this run flawlessly. A wired internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential. If you have experience stage-managing virtual conferences, even better.
