Live Audio Loudness Testing - must be based in Sydney

I'm reaching out with what I realize is an unusual request, but one that would mean a great deal to our family.
My 7-year-old son Dante would like to attempt the Guinness World Record for the loudest shout. Given that his baby screams were loud enough to give me musical ear syndrome, we thought it would be both hilarious and fitting if he could channel that into an official record attempt.
Guinness requires very specific conditions including:
A certified Class 1 precision sound level meter (calibrated)
Measurements in dBC (LCPeak reading)
Microphone positioned 2.5m from participant, 1.5-1.6m above ground
Outdoor setting (or dead room) to eliminate echoes
Background noise under 60 dBC
A qualified sound engineer to conduct and verify the measurement
We would handle all other requirements (independent witnesses, video recording). What we'd need from you is:
Your expertise in conducting the measurement correctly
Use of your calibrated Class 1 sound level meter
Your report as a sound engineer confirming the measurement details and equipment calibration dates
Proof of your qualification
We're very flexible with timing and location. Ideally somewhere close to you that's publicly accessible with low ambient noise (perhaps a park?).
