KiCad Speaker Crossover PCBs
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need five through-hole passive audio boards laid out in KiCad: two crossover networks and three attenuation modules. The crossover boards must host inductors, capacitors, and resistors, while the attenuation boards should implement a mix of series and parallel L-pad sections so I can tweak level matching later.
All five boards will live inside sealed speaker enclosures, so traces on the high-current audio paths must be wide, short, and positioned to keep impedance low. Mounting holes, copper clearance from wood panels, and generous pad sizes for hand-soldered 14–16 AWG leads are essential. I have no strict preference for single- or double-sided routing—choose whichever gives the most compact, mechanically robust result.
Deliverables
• KiCad 7 (or later) project files: schematics, PCB layouts, and libraries
• Fabrication outputs: Gerbers, drill files, and pick-and-place (if relevant)
• Complete BOM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints suitable for 5 W+ audio duty
• Simple assembly drawing showing component orientations and wiring points
I’ll review by importing the projects into KiCad, checking net names, footprint assignments, and running DRC; boards that pass and meet the size targets will be approved.
