Fix Centova Cast Liquidsoap v2.4.4 Streaming Issues and others personalizations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My Centova Cast v3.3.2 installation running with Liquidsoap v2.4.4 refuses to start the stream. Centova’s panel shows “running”, yet the encoder never actually connects and Liquidsoap logs an error every time I hit “start”. I already have those log excerpts saved and will share them as soon as we begin so you can see the exact stack trace.
Scope of work
• Identify the root cause of the “stream not starting” failure.
• Adjust Centova and/or Liquidsoap configuration files (mount-points, ports, playlist paths, permissions—whatever is necessary) so the stream launches cleanly.
• Confirm that the stream stays live through multiple stop/start cycles without new errors.
• Provide a short list of changes you made so I can replicate them on my staging server.
Acceptance criteria
1. Clicking “start” inside Centova Cast reliably brings Liquidsoap up and the audio is reachable at the public mount-point for at least 30 minutes.
2. Liquidsoap and Centova logs remain clear of fatal errors.
3. A brief changelog is delivered in plain text.
You will receive full SSH and Centova admin access along with the existing error logs.
Also need to fix the SSL in IceCast I don't know why it doesn't work. If possible use SSL same Port of Non SSL.
