Firefighter Helmet Comm System Integration

I'm looking for an experienced engineer to integrate a communication system into a firefighting helmet. I will provide all components.

Requirements:
- Input: Throat microphone (provided)
- Output: Bone conduction speakers (provided)
- Communication feature: 2.4 kHz magnetic induction for through-wall communication, needs hardware integration
- Power: Battery operated, 8 hours duration
- Size: Must fit inside helmet, custom mounting preferred
- Basic splash resistance needed
