I require a professional audio engineer to enhance a mobile phone audio recording that may be used in legal proceedings.
The recording was captured on a mobile phone that remained inside a pocket for much of the recording, resulting in muffled audio, clothing noise, background noise and varying volume levels.
Objectives:
- Reduce background noise where possible
- Minimise clothing/pocket friction sounds
- Improve speech intelligibility
- Enhance voice clarity
- Balance and normalise volume levels
- Reduce echo or reverberation where present
- Preserve the integrity of the original recording
- Provide the clearest possible version without altering or manipulating the content
Important Requirements:
- The recording may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.
- No words, phrases or sounds are to be added, removed, rearranged or altered.
- Enhancement only — not modification.
- Please provide:

- Summary of enhancement steps performed
- Confirmation that no content was altered
- Optional transcript assistance if available
