Our annual corporate gathering takes place next month, and I want every speech and presentation documented cleanly and professionally. The brief is straightforward: capture the on-stage moments—keynotes, panel talks, and any formal addresses—so they can be shared afterward with staff and stakeholders who cannot attend in person.
Coverage runs from the opening remarks through the closing summary (approximately 9 AM–4 PM). Discreet camera placement, crisp audio, and steady, well-lit footage are essential. Minimal crowd shots are fine for context, but the primary focus stays on the speakers and their slides.
Deliverables
• Complete raw footage in 4K or high-quality 1080p
• Synchronized audio track cleaned of background noise
• A lightly edited version per talk (intro slate, lower-third name, fade in/out)
• One concise highlights reel (≈3 minutes) suitable for LinkedIn and our intranet
