Corporate Conference Video Recording
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our company is hosting a 1–3-hour conference and I want the entire session captured in crisp, professional-quality video. You’ll need to arrive with your own multi-camera setup, reliable audio solutions (lavaliers or podium mics), and the lighting know-how to handle a typical hotel ballroom or auditorium environment.
During the event, please record the speaker presentations, audience interactions, and any branded visuals so everything feels seamless when watched back. Afterward, deliver two items:
• A clean, full-length HD (or better) master file in MP4
• A concise, edited highlight reel that we can post on our website and social channels
Basic color correction, audio leveling, and simple lower-third titles for speaker names should be included. All raw footage remains ours as well, so please supply that on an external drive or via a download link.
If you’re comfortable working discreetly in a corporate setting and can turn the finished files around within a week, let’s finalize the date and venue details and get this booked.
