Bay Area Corporate Event Videographer
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m organising a corporate gathering in the Bay Area and need a skilled camera-operator who can focus on clear, steady presentation coverage while simultaneously pushing that feed out live to our remote audience. The venue provides a hard-wired internet line; everything else—cameras, audio capture, switching, and any streaming encoder (OBS, vMix, ATEM Mini, etc.)—will be on you.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Continuous, front-of-room coverage of all speaker presentations in full-HD or 4K.
• A reliable live stream delivered to our preferred platform (RTMP details supplied once we confirm).
• Clean audio synced with the video feed; house board tap or your own mic kit—whichever guarantees clarity.
• Final recording handed over on SSD or secure cloud link by the end of the event day.
If you’re comfortable juggling a primary camera, basic lighting tweaks, and a live streaming workflow without hiccups, I’d love to lock in the date with you.
