Apple home automation

I would like to replace my Savant system with Apple Siri. My home already has a quality audio server and video server. Most of the house is wired for sound with speakers. I would like Apple TV to control all of the video and another app to control the audio (probably Youtube Music or similar). My goal is to be able to turn on any TV or activate music in any room by voice. I hate my Savant remotes!!! Everything I so complicated. I want to complete this job using my current home infrastructure. This should be a very easy job for an advisor who knows what they are doing.
