iPhone Audio Cleanup & Transcription

I have a voice-recording captured of 2 people on my iPhone that I want to keep for personal reference, but background hiss and fluctuating levels make it hard to hear. I need the audio cleaned up—specifically noise reduced and the overall volume balanced—so the speaker sounds clear and consistent throughout.

Once the file is polished, please produce a verbatim speech-to-text transcription in English. A time-stamped version isn’t mandatory, yet feel free to include basic time markers if it speeds your workflow.
