Voicemail Audio Enhancement

I need help with a voicemail recording that captures a butt dial. It is approximately 1 minute 20 seconds long. The audio is currently very unclear, with whispers and soft voices, along with background noise. Using an app on my iPhone I was able to play with settings to uncover 25 words. I only have the original. I did not save any changes I made. I have the voicemail saved in several files on my phone for safe keeping.
