I need assistance to set up a system to digitize my vinyl records.

-Technics 1210 Turntable
Fosi X5 preamp
Focusrite Scarlett 4th Gen interface
- iMac Computer
I prefer using Audacity for this task, and I want the digitized files to be in MP3 format.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
