Vietnamese Speech Transcription Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a collection of Vietnamese speech recordings that must be transcribed with care and consistency. All files are spoken-word—no music or environmental sounds—so the task focuses solely on accurate audio-to-text conversion.
What I need
• Clean verbatim Vietnamese transcripts that capture every spoken word while omitting stutters, filler noises, and non-speech sounds.
• Timestamps at regular intervals so segments can be aligned back to the original audio.
• Speaker tags whenever the voice changes (simple labels such as Speaker 1, Speaker 2 are fine).
Project scope
Approximately task of audio will be provided in batches. I will share a short style guide and a sample transcript so you can match formatting from the outset. You may use your preferred tool—oTranscribe, ELAN, Express Scribe, or any comparable platform—as long as the final files are delivered in UTF-8 encoded .txt or .docx format.
Quality expectations
• 95 %+ word-level accuracy.
• Consistent punctuation and capitalization that follows Vietnamese writing norms.
• Fast turn-around on each batch (ideally within three days).
If you have prior experience with Vietnamese speech annotation or ASR training datasets, mention it along with a short sample of previous work. I will review a brief paid test clip first; once approved, you can proceed with the remaining files.
