Video Editor for Growing Podcast Channel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am launching a new video podcast and seeking a creative, motivated Video Editor to grow with the show. Since this is a new venture, I am looking for a budget-friendly partner who is interested in a performance-based incentive.
The Role:
Main Episodes: Edit raw footage into a polished, engaging video podcast (audio cleanup, adding B-roll, and smooth transitions).
Social Clips: Create 3–5 high-impact "Shorts/Reels" per episode from the main content, optimized for YT Shorts, Instagram (includes captions/subtitles and hooks).
Branding: Add intros, outros, and lower-third graphics.
The Compensation Structure:
Fixed Base Rate: [Insert your budget per episode] per episode.
Growth Partnership: Once the podcast begins to generate revenue (AdSense, sponsorships, or platform monetization), you will receive 25% of the net earnings from the videos you edited. I am looking for a partner invested in the long-term success of the channel.
Requirements:
Podcast Editing Expertise: Deep understanding of multi-camera switching, audio leveling/noise reduction, and "dead air" removal to keep the conversation flowing.
Short-Form Content Mastery: Ability to identify "viral" moments and edit them with fast-paced cuts and engaging captions for YT Shorts/Reels.
Independent Setup: You must provide your own professional editing software and hardware capable of handling high-definition video files.
Graphic Integration: Ability to overlay brand assets, social handles, and visual aids seamlessly.
