Video Editor for Growing Podcast

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team and help grow our podcast.
About the Podcast
Interview-style show aimed at a young adult audience
1 episode per week (each episode 1–2 hours long)
Your Role
Edit full-length podcast episodes (basic cuts, removing mistakes, fixing audio)
Create short-form clips for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
(Bonus, if you're good at them) Design thumbnails and assist with social media management.
What We’re Looking For
Strong editing skills with tools
Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or long-form content
Creative eye for engaging short clips
Good communication and reliability
Compensation
