I have a 2 accidental recordings—each somewhere between five and 10 minutes long—that may hold key visual and audio clues about an incident.
Your task is two-fold:
• Voice amplification: bring forward any spoken words or low-level sounds without introducing hiss or distortion.
• Visual enhancement: boost overall visibility so I can clearly see the reflection in a dark TV screen and any surrounding activity that might be hidden visible
