Urgent Yelling Audio Enhancement

I have two short clips, roughly three minutes each, recorded on my smartphone in a noisy setting. A person in the background is yelling, but the voice is almost inaudible beneath heavy ambient noise. I need that specific voice isolated and amplified so I can clearly understand the conversation taking place.

The raw material is in very poor condition with lots of background noise, so advanced noise-reduction and spectral editing tools such as iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, or comparable software will be essential. Please keep the surrounding ambience intact as much as possible; the goal is clarity of the faint yelling, not a completely sterile track.
