Upper-Class British Audiobook Narrator

Job ID: 40024445

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

I’ve completed a non-fiction audiobook that recounts remarkable legal cases and stories, and now I need them brought to life in a refined, upper-class British voice. Your task is to record the full manuscript in a clear, narrative style that keeps listeners engaged while preserving the authority and sophistication the subject matter deserves.

You should be a native British male speaker whose accent naturally falls on the well-educated, upper-class end of the spectrum. Consistency of tone is important: think measured, engaging storytelling rather than courtroom bluster or casual chat.

Please work in a treated recording space with professional equipment so the final audio is broadcast-quality—free of background noise, clicks, and pops. I will supply the manuscript in chapter form; you return finished, mastered WAV or high-quality MP3 files chapter-by-chapter, ready for immediate upload to Audible/ACX.

Before we begin, I’ll ask for a brief sample read (one short passage from the book) so we can confirm fit and audio chain settings. Once approved, you record the full text, deliver the files, and handle any reasonable pick-ups for misreads or stumbles.

If you can meet these requirements and have the voice I’m after, I’d love to hear your sample.
