Two-Hour Sleep Meditation Mix
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a clear voice recording that guides the listener into sleep; now I need it transformed into a full two-hour meditation track. The idea is simple: place my narration over the instrumental piece “Time” by Hans Zimmer (or a faithful royalty-cleared recreation if the original cannot be licensed), set the ambience, and build a seamless loop so the entire file plays continuously for two hours without any noticeable cuts.
The mix must stay uncluttered—no chimes, ocean waves, wind, or other sound effects. A gentle master that keeps the speech intelligible yet soothing against the music bed is essential; I plan to run this at low volume all night, so any harsh frequencies or sudden peaks must be tamed. Normalisation around –16 LUFS and a soft fade at both ends will help avoid abrupt starts or stops if the track cycles.
Please deliver:
• A high-resolution WAV (48 kHz/24-bit) and a lightly compressed MP3.
• Session file or detailed notes (Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton, Audition—whatever you use) so I can tweak in the future.
If a licensed copy of “Time” isn’t feasible, suggest or create an original cue with the same tempo, mood, and cinematic warmth. The finished piece should lull, not distract—once I press play, I don’t want to think about it again until morning.
