Transcribe 616 Zoom Recordings

I have 616 audio-only recordings sitting in my Zoom cloud and I need clean, verbatim transcripts for every single file. The job is straightforward but time-consuming, so I’m looking for someone who can automate most of the heavy lifting with reliable transcription software (Otter, Descript, Whisper, Trint, or a similar tool of your choice).

Scope of work
• Log in to my Zoom account (credentials will be provided through a secure one-time password).
• Download each of the 616 audio tracks.
• Run them through your software to produce word-for-word transcripts—no summaries, no paraphrasing, no timestamps.
• Save each transcript as a plain .txt file, using the original Zoom file name so everything lines up easily.
• Place the finished text files in a neatly organized Google Drive folder and share the link back with me.

Acceptance criteria
• One transcript per recording, delivered in .txt format.
• Content must be verbatim; filler words and speaker quirks should stay.
• File names must match the corresponding Zoom recording name exactly.
• Folder structure should let me find any file in seconds (simple alphabetical or date-based sub-folders are fine).
• Spot-check accuracy should average 95 % or better—your software plus a quick human glance to catch obvious errors will help here.
