Testimonial Video Clip Editing

I need a skilled video editor to create 25 short vertical (portrait) video clips from a collection of over 50 testimonial/review videos. Each finished clip must be under 30 seconds.

The source footage is a mix of individual recordings and group recordings where several reviews are combined into one video. You can choose the best reviews from the folder to produce the 25 clips.

Requirements:
- Clean, well-presented edits that focus entirely on the person giving the review
- Remove unnecessary background noise, other people talking, clapping, side comments, and any outside distractions
- Professional, polished final result (I have tried automated tools and was not happy with the quality)
- Output: 25 finished portrait clips, each under 30 seconds

Delivery: I need fast turnaround within the next 48 hours.

I will share the source footage via a Google Drive folder with the selected freelancer.

Budget: $75 for all 25 clips.
