Sync background Music to Cybersecurity Video

I’m looking for someone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to background music — not just dropping random tracks under a video.

I already have:

Final video edit
Voiceover fully recorded

What I need:

You source high-quality background music options that actually fit the tone, pacing, and message
Send multiple samples (with track names + sources) before we proceed

Help select the best one
Then once i award it, professionally sync and mix the soundtrack into the video

This is NOT just “add music and done.”
I want someone who understands:

Timing with voiceover
Emotional pacing
Clean mixing (no overpowering VO, no amateur fades)
Subtle sound design if needed
Requirements
Proven experience with video sound design or audio post-production
Must provide sample music options BEFORE hiring
Ability to work fast and iterate if needed
Deliverables
Final video with professionally mixed background music
Clean audio balance (VO always clear and dominant)
Optional: light sound effects if it improves quality
