Sync Voice & Edit Promo

I already have two separate assets ready for a short product-promotion video: the raw footage and the background voice tracks. My priority is perfect synchronization—every word in the voice-over must line up frame-accurately with the on-screen action.
Once the sync is locked, crop and trim the footage to the required aspect ratio, adjust or replace the background exactly where my timestamp notes indicate, and finish with colour/brightness tweaks that keep the image consistent. Throughout, preserve the original resolution and bitrate so the final file looks as crisp as the source.
Deliverables
• High-resolution master video (H.264 MP4) with fully synced audio
• Editable project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar) retaining all layers and markers
• Separate, exported audio stem for quick revisions
