Surveillance Voice Clarity Enhancement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a 1 hour and 34 minute surveillance-video with voice recordings that are difficult to understand because of background noise and low volume. I need a forensic audio specialist to clean these files so every spoken word is as clear as possible, then deliver an accurate, time-stamped transcript 9 areas of interest (approximately 35 minutes.)
You will receive the original digital file. with a list of the time stamps that are in question.
Your job is to:
• Apply professional forensic techniques—noise reduction, equalization, spectral editing, filtering, etc.—to maximise speech intelligibility without introducing artefacts.
• Return both the restored audio
• Provide a verbatim transcript, clearly time-coded, that aligns with the enhanced track (or confirmation that a reliable transcript is not possible)
Please use industry-standard tools such as iZotope RX, Audacity with specialised plugins, or equivalent forensic software. A short sample before full delivery will help confirm that the clarity improvements meet expectations.
