Subliminal Frames Video Edit

I need about 10, 1-3 minute existing videos re-edited so they contain brief subliminal flashes of my personal photos. Each photo must appear for exactly one frame at 30 fps (≈0.033 s). I have 21+ photos ready, and I’d like them woven in using a mixed pattern—sometimes precisely every 5 seconds, other times dropped in randomly up to the 10-second mark—to keep the cadence unpredictable and invisible to casual viewers.
