Spooky Horror Podcast Jingle & SFX

Job ID: 40398384

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I’m gearing up to launch my new horror-themed podcast and need your help crafting its sonic identity. The brief is simple yet crucial: I want an original jingle that instantly sets a spooky, eerie mood, plus a small suite of sound effects I can sprinkle throughout each episode.

Here’s what I’m after:
• One short intro/outro jingle (15–20 seconds) that feels unsettling but catchy enough to be memorable. Think subtle dissonance, ghostly choir pads, or detuned music box motifs—anything that whispers “something wicked this way comes” without turning into full-blown jump-scare territory.
• A collection of atmospheric background loops and stingers—specifically howling wind and creaking-floor ambience I can layer under narration or scene transitions. Feel free to add a handful of complementary textures (e.g., faint drips, distant thunder) if they blend naturally.

Technical notes
• Clean, royalty-free original composition only.
• WAV (24-bit, 48 kHz) plus high-quality MP3 for each file.
• Separate stems for the jingle (melody, percussion, FX) so I can create trailer cuts later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Jingle immediately evokes a spooky, eerie vibe within the first two bars.
2. All ambience loops are seamless and sit comfortably beneath dialogue at –16 LUFS integrated loudness.
3. Deliverables pass a quick spectral check—no abrupt peaks above –1 dBTP and no unwanted hiss.

If this sounds like your playground of terror, I’d love to hear a brief demo sketch or portfolio link showing similar dark-atmosphere work. Let’s give my listeners a chill before the first word is even spoken.
