Split-Screen Dual Dialogue Edit
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I have filmed about a five-minute scene per character where I play both characters. Each part was shot separately in landscape with the same background, and now I need the two takes merged side-by-side to feel like a seamless conversation, with them appearing together. The goal is a clean 50/50 split screen: no distracting borders or effects, just two perfectly framed versions of me talking to each other.
The audio tracks are with the video no seperate; I’ll supply them along with the video files. Please trim, colour-match and level the sound so it looks and sounds as though the dialogue is unfolding naturally—slight pauses are fine as long as the interaction feels realistic. No text overlays, captions or extra VFX are required.
Deliverables
• Final 1920×1080 MP4, 5-7 mins runtime, split-screen conversation ready to publish. Will be used as part of a live show projected on the back of the theatre stage in a black box theatre.
• One export with mixed stereo audio and clean cuts, plus any project file (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci) so I can tweak later if needed
Once I review, I’ll confirm that lip-flap looks believable, audio levels match, and no visual seams are visible between the two halves. After that, we’re done.
