MP3 Speech Clarity Enhancement Needed

I have a recorded conversation in MP3 format that is difficult to follow because the background talk sits almost on top of the main speakers. My goal is to make the dialogue stand out clearly—removing or reducing the competing voices and any general room noise—so listeners can focus on what is being said without straining.

You are free to use the tools you know best (iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Audacity with advanced plugins, or equivalent) as long as the end result is a noticeably cleaner, more intelligible track that preserves the natural tone of the speakers.

Deliverables
• Cleaned and balanced audio returned in high-quality MP3 (a WAV version is welcome if it helps retain fidelity).
• A short note on the main processing steps or settings, so I can replicate minor tweaks later if needed.

Acceptance criteria: the speech must be clear throughout, with background chatter reduced to a barely perceptible level and no audible processing artifacts such as pumping, wobble, or obvious gating.
