Spanish WhatsApp Audio Transcription
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I have a collection of WhatsApp voice notes recorded entirely in Spanish that I need converted into clean, accurate text. The audios are already exported from the chat, so you will receive each file in the exact sequence they appear in the conversation.
What I expect
• A verbatim transcription of every word, including filler words and natural pauses where they matter for meaning.
• Proper Spanish accents, punctuation, and capitalization so the text reads naturally.
• Each transcript labeled in chronological order (Audio 1, Audio 2, etc.).
• A single compiled document—.docx or .txt is fine—ready for me to copy-paste or archive.
Optional extras I’ll appreciate (but aren’t mandatory)
• Basic speaker tags if it’s obvious when the voice changes.
• Timestamps every 30 seconds for quick reference.
Quality is more important than speed, but let me know your realistic turnaround once you receive the files. If you have experience with Spanish regional accents or use tools such as Express Scribe, Descript, or oTranscribe, mention it so I know you can handle variations in pronunciation.
Send back a short sample of two minutes’ transcription once you start; that way we can confirm formatting before you finish the full batch.
