Sound Design for a Notification for a Legal Technology App

Project Title: Original UI Notification Chime for Professional App (Single Sound Effect)
Overview
I need a single, original sound effect designed for a software application used by lawyers and legal professionals. It plays as a notification chime — specifically a "meeting starting in 2 minutes" bump alert that appears as a small popup in the corner of the screen.
The sound needs to feel professional, calm, and premium. It should be appropriate in an open-plan office or while on a client call — unobtrusive but noticeable.
Sound Character
The sound has two layered elements:
High layer — bell arpeggio
Three notes, ascending, arpeggiated (not struck simultaneously)
Harp or acoustic bell timbre — warm, not bright or tinny
Natural ring-out after the final note — the sound should linger and decay organically for around 2.5-3 seconds total
Soft velocity — gentle strike, not aggressive
Feels acoustic rather than synthesised
Low layer — bass bloom
A single soft percussive low note that lands at the start, underneath the arpeggio
Rounded, warm attack — a "gung" not a "thwack"
Should be felt more than heard — present but not dominant
Fades within about 1.5 seconds so it doesn't overpower the bell layer
No reverb on this layer — keep it clean and tight
Together the two layers should feel like a considered, premium product moment — not a generic app ping. Reference touchpoints: the Apple iPhone "Chord" calendar notification (for the high layer character) and the opening bass hit of the Netflix intro (for the low layer character and chest resonance) — but shorter, softer, and far less cinematic than either.
What I don't want
Anything that sounds like a generic smartphone notification
Bright, tinny, or high-pitched-only sounds
Drama or cinematic weight — this is a subtle professional tool, not a movie
Long sustain on the bass layer
Synthesised or electronic timbre — keep it acoustic in character

MP3 version also provided (high quality, 320kbps)
Total sound duration: approximately 2–3 seconds
