Short Social Media Video Editing

I need help turning our interview screen-recordings and video-call sessions from our Aged Care community clubs into bite-sized, scroll-stopping clips for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The focus is purely on interview highlights; nothing overly flashy—just a simple, natural edit that lets the voices of our community members shine.
Here is what I’m picturing:
• Trim away pauses, stumbles and any off-topic chatter to keep each clip under 90 seconds.
• Balance and sweeten the audio, then underscore it subtly with royalty-free background music that never overpowers the speaker.
• Adjust colours and framing so faces are clear and warm, even when the raw Zoom or Teams footage is less than perfect.
• Export square (1080×1080) and vertical (1080×1920) versions, both caption-ready.
Quick turnaround is important because these stories feed directly into our weekly social calendar. Final files can be delivered as .mp4 plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro).
