Right click macro after sound

For the purpose of gaming, I want to make a right click macro that gets triggered by a sound. (in this case a locker squeak). I would need to be able to customise how much time (seconds and ms) delay the sound and the right click have, and how long the right click lasts. If any programmer on here thinks he can manage to create this macro triggered by detecting a sound, contact me for more info.
