Remove Lead Voice, Enhance Whispers,Identify the amount of distinct voices

I’m handing over a 5-minute phone recording where the main caller & the female gathering information on the other end are overwhelming everything that matters to me, the backround. The woman in the backround must be the focus and everything that is said and noises heard ,whispers said,need to be the focus. So What I need is the opposite: strip that dominant voice as far out of the mix as possible, then lift every background element—especially the faint whispers that surface in the final seconds—so they’re both clear and present. ** the recording may contain, suppressed, or partially removed audio elements and recovery is also a must.
You’re welcome to work in iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, or any comparable suite, as long as the process stays transparent: sensible gain staging, corrective EQ, spectral repair, dialogue isolate—whatever lets the secondary voices shine without adding artifacts. Please work directly from my original file and deliver a single, polished MP3 at the same sample rate as the source.
Acceptance criteria:
• Lead speaker reduced to nearly gone
• Background voices and environmental cues audible, with whispers (&especially at the end) plainly discernible in both clarity and volume
• No audible clipping, harsh noise-reduction swirls, or “underwater” artifacts ,
This should be a straightforward job for an experienced audio restorer, and I’m looking to wrap it up quickly for a fixed fee. Drop the finished MP3—and, if you like, a short note on the tools/settings you used—so I can sign off.
