I run a YouTube channel that breaks down real-estate investment strategies and I’m ready to hand over the post-production so every episode looks and sounds as authoritative as the information I share. Each video is 8–12 minutes of talking-head footage mixed with screen-recorded slides and the occasional property clip.

Your job is to turn that raw material into a polished, professional, and informative final cut. That means trimming for flow, colour correcting, balancing audio, and then layering in the elements my audience relies on: clear text overlays that highlight key numbers, graphics and charts that visualise returns or deal structures, and well-synced voiceovers where I narrate market context.
The finished piece should feel more like a segment on CNBC than a fast-cut vlog—steady pacing, tasteful transitions, and branding that stays consistent with the fonts and colour palette I’ll provide.
Deliverables
• One fully edited video in 1080p (or higher) ready for direct YouTube upload
• Integrated text overlays, animated graphics & charts, and synced voiceover
• An .srt caption file and a single freeze-frame thumbnail suggestion
I’ll supply all raw footage, audio tracks, branding assets, and example charts. First edit is due within five days of file hand-off, with one feedback round included. If we work well together, expect two to three similar projects every month.
